Applications

In modern kitchens it is normal to install grease filters at an angle above cooking equipment with grease collection trays beneath to meet the hygiene and safety standards.

This can be achieved by providing special plenums forming part of the hood or alternatively in purpose made grease filter casings, as described in this leaflet.

Description

The casings are manufactured from aluminium, or Grade 304 stainless steel and are supplied complete with removable grease collection trays.

Single sided casings are supplied with either top or back outlet as required, and double sided (V casing) with top exhaust.

All types are available in multiples (single, double and triple), and will house from one to six filters. For longer hoods, units can be fixed together on-site to give the required configuration.

Technical

Pressure drops for either washable, disposable or baffle grease filters can be obtained by reference to the respective literature.
